Important Company Information: Medcare Vitals is operated by The Statement Group, which is an authorized retailer and distributor of Dozee patient monitoring systems manufactured by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd. Dozee is © Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Warranty Provision: The warranty for Dozee products is provided directly by the manufacturer, Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Statement Group, as an authorized retailer, facilitates warranty claims but the warranty terms and obligations are those of the manufacturer.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

1. Warranty Coverage

Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd warrants to you, the original purchaser of the Device, that the Device (along with the accessories for the Device) purchased by you shall be free from defects in materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the Device (the “Warranty Period”).

2. Remedies

If such a defect arises and a request is received by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd within the applicable Warranty Period, Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:

  1. Repair the Device at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  2. Replace the Device

In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by applicable law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement Device will be warranted for, and shall not exceed, the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd does not warrant that the operation of the Device will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These limited product warranties do not cover software embedded in any Device and related services provided by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd. See the User Terms for details of your rights with respect to use of the software and related services.

These limited product warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from The Statement Group or other authorized reseller or sales channel. Without limiting the foregoing, these limited product warranties do not apply to third-party products or accessories.

4. What Is NOT Covered

These limited product warranties do not apply to a Device or part of a Device that has been:

  • Serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd
  • Subject to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents

In addition, these limited product warranties do not apply to damage or defects caused by:

(a) Use with non-Dozee products,

(b) Accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes,

(c) Normal wear and tear or aging of the Device such as discoloration or stretching, or

(d) Operating the Device:

  • (i) Outside the permitted or intended uses described by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd,
  • (ii) Not in accordance with instructions provided by Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd, or
  • (iii) With improper voltage or power supply

If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

5. Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the duration of the applicable warranty period.


RETURNS POLICY

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Dozee support directly or reach out to us at [email protected] and we will connect you with Dozee warranty support
  2. Provide proof of purchase including the date of purchase from The Statement Group/Medcare Vitals
  3. Describe the defect or issue in detail
  4. Follow Dozee’s return instructions which will be provided by their support team

Return Process

  1. Authorization Required: All warranty returns must be pre-authorized by Dozee’s support team
  2. Return Packaging: Device must be returned as directed by Dozee
  3. Return Condition: Device must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories
  4. Inspection Process: Returned devices will be inspected by Dozee to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Warranty Repairs/Replacements: Shipping costs for warranty-covered repairs or replacements are handled according to Dozee’s warranty policy
  • Return Shipping: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs to Dozee’s designated service center
  • International Returns: Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply

Processing Time

  • Warranty Response: Dozee will respond to warranty claims according to their standard procedures
  • Repair Processing: Warranty repairs will be completed by Dozee within their standard timeframes
  • Replacement Processing: Warranty replacements will be shipped by Dozee according to their policies

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:

  • The reason for return
  • The condition of the returned Device
  • Compliance with our return timeline requirements
  • Applicable consumer protection laws

IMPORTANT NOTES

Original Purchaser Only

These warranty terms apply only to the original purchaser of the Device from authorized retailers like The Statement Group. Warranty coverage is not transferable.

Authorized Resellers

Warranty coverage applies to Devices purchased from Turtle Shell Technologies Pvt Ltd or authorized resellers like The Statement Group. Please retain your proof of purchase.
